Want to become a Time To Think Coach? Following completion of the Thinking Partnership Course, this is your next step.

Coach Qualifying Programme co-facilitated with Trisha Lord in person in Johannesburg.

Dates: 13th and 14th March and 25th and 26th April 2024

Purpose

To enable students to become thoroughly comfortable using this uniquely powerful approach in their own coaching practice, so that clients are able to think independently and break through previously held barriers in their thinking.

What You Learn

  • The Coaching Course deepens the expertise and knowledge gained from the Thinking Partnership Course. The course addresses how this process fits into the world of coaching and how to contract with clients when offering Thinking Partnership Sessions.

  • The programme comprises course work and a supervised practicum process . Clients often arrive confused, challenged by difficult questions and having had no time to think. In this process you will learn how to offer a space and process that enables them to leave with clear thinking, insights and answers.

  • In preparation for the Course, students will experience a Thinking Session with Creina and will be required to read Nancy Kline’s most recent book, The Promise that Changes Everything. In person, course work is over 2 x 2 full days. If virtual, it will be 6 x 5 hour sessions. The Practicum should be completed within eight months of completing the course work.

  • Successful completion of course work and practicum allows you to join the Time To Think Collegiate, and become qualified as a Time To Think Coach.

  • This programme is a pre-requisite for the Consultants Qualifying Course.

Ithaca Leadership’s Time To Think courses enable a step change in people’s growth and their evolution within their organisations, their teams and in their personal capacity.
