Would you like to learn how to create a Thinking Environment to get the best possible independent thinking from teams and groups and to facilitate group processes in this environment?

Becoming a Time To Think Facilitator would equip you for this and is the next step after completing the Foundation Course.

The Facilitator Course (three full+ days in person or 5 x 5 hours online) teaches you how to professionally present all of the group applications of a Thinking Environment that are explored on the Foundation Course.

After completing course work, candidates undertake the Practicum work, supervised by Creina.

You will be required to complete the Practicum within eight months of the course work. Once you have successfully completed both coursework and Practicum, and joined the Time To Think Collegiate, you would become qualified as a Time To Think Facilitator.

This Includes:

  • Learning how to teach and facilitate the four Building Block Applications (Rounds, Thinking Pairs, Dialogue, Open Discussion) and the three Full Applications (Transforming Meetings including Presentations, Time To Think Council, Timed Talk)

  • Learning how to facilitate and chair effective and efficient meetings

  • Crafting processes in which people are able to harvest the collective intelligence and wisdom of the group without being told what to do or think

  • Facilitating groups and conducting interviews in this environment.

Ithaca Leadership’s Time To Think courses enable a step change in people’s growth and their evolution within their organisations, their teams and in their personal capacity.
