What’s Covered In This Programme?
This programme answers the question: ‘How do you bring Rounds, Thinking Pairs, Dialogue, Open discussion, Council Process, Transforming meetings and Presentations to groups in a way that honours the rigour of the work, and meets the group’s needs?’. You will have opportunities to practice, during and after contact time, and 5 one-on-one individual supervision sessions. The practicum is a vital, exciting part of this journey, offering lived experience of teaching this work, reflecting on the experience and understanding how to hone this way of being and doing into the work that you already do. After successfully completing the course and practicum, and joining the Time To Think Collegiate, you will be a qualified Time To Think Facilitator. This is an internationally recognised qualification.
What Is My Financial Investment?
An investment of R40 500 (exclusive of VAT) per participant. This includes course material, 5 supervision sessions. The investment is payable by 10 January 2023 to secure your place.

Professional Practice
Creina works systemically with individuals and teams to build innovative environments within which to thrive. After over 20 years’ experience in leadership and culture-change related work, she believes sustainable organisational performance improvement can be achieved through greater alignment, deeper collaboration and more effective communication.
Contribution to the Coaching Profession
Creina has served on the Executive of COMENSA, was an assessor with the Professional Development Foundation UK (PDF) and is an Associate at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital (a Harvard Medical School affiliate). She teaches practitioner coaches at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, is faculty at The Coaching Centre and supervises practising coaches. She brings the Thinking Environment work to Executive Groups at Henley Business School in Johannesburg.
